They couldn't have made this easier, could they have? Don't worry, we'll clear up some of the terms and confusion.
In Shiloh Chiropractic, we are happy to accept cash, credit, check, and insurance as payment for our services. When it comes to insurance, it can be very confusing and difficult to deal with for the patient. We will make every attempt to make the insurance process as easy as possible.
We are pleased to submit your insurance claims for you, free of charge. That means if you come into the office and would like to use your insurance, we will submit the applicable charges for you. We will go over your in-network and out-of-network options during the visit, and answer any questions that you have.
We are currently in network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Health link, United Health Care, and Cigna. If you don't see your insurance here, please do not be concerned! We have out-of-network coverage for many other third-party-payers.
It is still confusing to deal with insurance companies and sometimes a hassle. That is why we offer a private pay plan that is often times lesser than insurance co-pays.
Note that uncovered services will be charged to the patient when applicable. Please stop by or call the office if you have questions or concerns with how insurance works. We'll be glad to spend the time to help make sense of the confusion that insurance companies provide!
NOTE: This does not guarantee coverage. Coverage, "In Network" and "Out of Network" benefits cannot be determined without having your insurance card and permission to check these benefits with the insurance companies. |
