If you've purchased a Groupon for our office, you're in the
right spot! Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with this
page to help your upcoming visit to our office run as smoothly as
possible!Groupon Deal Your $39 Groupon Voucher will be accepted as payment for:
- Your history (download new patient form and pain drawing
here)
- Consultation
- Exam using NASA Technology
- X-Rays (only when indicated)
- Report of Findings
- First Adjustment
- Spinal Traction (Medical Traction)
- 30-Minute Aqua Massage
Groupon will feature our office on Thursday 16/June/11. Normally
Groupon doesn't allow vouchers to be tended on the day of sale, but our
office is allowed to accept vouchers as soon as they're sold.
Please bring in your voucher with you. To save some time, also
make sure to have your new
patient paperwork filled out ahead of time (New Patient Form
and Pain Drawing; if you've been in an accident, also fill out the
accident form).
Setting Up Your Visit

schedule appointments! Walk-ins are not
guaranteed. Please check out our

on when we're open and how to get to our office. Please note that
we ARE open Friday 15/Jun/11 though we are
normally closed on Fridays; we are only accepting Groupon Patients that
day. Appointments depend on availability. Our office will
accept expired Groupon Vouchers so long as: you call to set up your
appointment before expiration and you schedule your appointment no later
than 30 days post expiration. Two visits are required to complete
your voucher. On your first visit, we go over your history in a
consultation and we do examinations. On your second visit, we will
go over your Report of Findings and give you the opportunity to have
your first treatment and aqua massage. You can schedule or delay
your aqua massage for a later visit if your schedule works better that
way. Your voucher has to occur on two separate visits to ensure
treatments are not contraindicated; this is for your safety and
wellbeing.
